Certainly. All of the diamonds we offer are natural and earth-mined.

Do you have a physical store where I can inspect jewellery in person?

In order to provide exceptional value for Luxsso handcrafted pieces, we sell exclusively online without maintaining a physical storefront. However, we do offer virtual appointments where we can set up a video call with our jewellery specialist and show you a selection of pieces. As this is a special service there is a charge; however, this charge can be waived against any subsequent purchase from Luxsso.

Is shipping insured? Do I need to sign to delivery?

Yes, all Luxsso orders come with fully insured shipping and will require a signature upon delivery. We package all orders with great care so they are protected during transit.

How long will my order take to ship once confirmed?

Please check each product page for the expected production time. If the item is in stock, it will ship within 2 business days. We aim to be highly responsive when crafting and shipping pieces, so you’ll have your special order arriving as soon as possible.Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. This will include a tracking number so you can follow your order on its journey to you!

How soon will I receive my order once it’s shipped?

Shipping typically takes 2-5 working days to arrive, however, please bear in mind that shipping is delayed everywhere in Australia due to current COVID-19 restrictions. You will be able to track your order as it makes its way to your address.

Which shipping method does Luxsso use?

To ensure your fine jewellery pieces arrive as promptly as possible, we choose to use TOLL and Express Post Platinum. Shipping is complimentary with every Luxsso order.
