Quote
Luxsso will provide you with a quote once your design is finalised. Upon agreement, an invoice will be generated. This will be the phase where the payment will be made.
Consultation

Production
Your design will be sent into production at this stage, which will take about 4-6 weeks. Our jewellery consultant will keep you informed and involved as much or as little as you like throughout the process of bringing your piece to life.
Completion
You will receive a call or an email to advise when your order is ready. You could choose to have the ring delivered to you, or it can be picked up from our office. Whatever your choice is, we will beautifully present your precious custom-made gift.
