1.2 This policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions and should be read together with our Refund Policy.

2. Shipping Destinations

2.1 Luxsso currently ships to customers located in:
  • the United States;
  • Canada; and
  • New Zealand.
2.2 At this time, we do not ship to any other international destinations through our Website.

3. Processing and Production Times

3.1 Many Luxsso products are made to order or customised specifically for each customer. As a result, production times vary depending on the product purchased, including factors such as:
  • jewellery type;
  • metal selection;
  • diamond or gemstone availability;
  • customisation requirements;
  • engraving requests; and
  • ring resizing requirements.
3.2 Estimated production and delivery timeframes are displayed on product pages where available and may be confirmed again after your order has been accepted. If your order requires additional production time, we will keep you informed of its progress.
3.3 Estimated delivery timeframes generally begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date your order is placed. Made-to-order and customised items are dispatched once production is complete.

5. Business Days

References to "business days" mean Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays in our dispatch location. Delivery timeframes do not include weekends, public holidays, or any additional production time required for made-to-order or customised items.

6.3 Luxsso is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or shipping carriers after an order has been dispatched.

7. Customs Duties, Taxes and Import Charges

7.1 United States. Applicable taxes and import duties are collected during checkout where required. Customers should not normally be required to pay additional import charges upon delivery unless imposed by local authorities after shipment.

7.3 New Zealand. Import duties, GST, customs charges, brokerage fees, or other government charges may apply depending on the value of the shipment and applicable New Zealand regulations. 7.4 For all destinations, where applicable taxes, GST, VAT, duties or import charges are collected at checkout, they will be displayed before payment. If any such charges are not collected at checkout, they remain the responsibility of the customer and may be payable on import or delivery.
7.5 Luxsso has no control over customs assessments or government import charges, and the final amount of any duty or tax is determined by the relevant authorities.

8. Delivery Address Requirements

8.1 Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate and complete before placing your order.
8.2 Due to the value of our products and our signature-on-delivery requirement, we may be unable to deliver to PO boxes or certain address types. We will contact you if there is a problem with your nominated address.
8.3 If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may request a change to the delivery address by contacting our customer support team as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery address changes may not be possible.
8.4 Luxsso is not responsible for non-delivery, delay, or loss resulting from an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.

9. Signature Requirement

For security reasons, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If no authorised recipient is available at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave a collection notice or arrange redelivery in accordance with their policies.

10. Tracking Information

10.1 Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
10.2 Please allow time for tracking information to become active within the carrier's systems.

11. Risk and Ownership

11.1 Risk in the product passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the nominated delivery address and signed for by the recipient.
11.2 If you nominate another person to receive the order, including where the order is a gift, risk passes to that recipient upon delivery to the nominated address.
11.3 Ownership of the product transfers on the later of full payment being received and delivery occurring.

12. Inspection, Lost or Damaged Shipments

12.1 Where available, orders are dispatched using tracked and, where appropriate, insured shipping services.
12.2 Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, or if there is any discrepancy with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, retaining all packaging and providing photographs where possible, so we can assist and, where relevant, support a carrier claim.
12.3 If tracking shows an item as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us promptly so we can investigate with the carrier.
12.4 Because risk passes to you on delivery (see clause 11), items lost or damaged in transit before delivery remain our responsibility, and we will arrange a replacement or refund following investigation, in accordance with your rights under applicable consumer law.

13. Failed Deliveries and Returned Shipments

13.1 If an order is returned to Luxsso due to:
  • an incorrect delivery address;
  • refusal to accept delivery;
  • failure to collect the parcel; or
  • failure to comply with customs requirements,
additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
13.2 Refunds relating to unclaimed or refused shipments may be reduced by shipping costs, customs charges, return shipping fees, and other costs incurred by Luxsso.
13.3 If we are unable to contact you, or a returned order remains unclaimed for a reasonable period, we may cancel the order and issue a refund for the product price, less any non-recoverable costs set out in clause 13.2.

14. Multiple Items and Split Shipments

Where an order contains multiple items, including a mix of in-stock and made-to-order products, items may be dispatched separately and may arrive at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping for split shipments of a single order.

We may update this Shipping & Taxes Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, carriers, or legal requirements. Any updates will be published on this page together with the revised effective date.
